Resort News:

New resort projects:
We are beginning construction on additional park runs for the resort.  More fun and games for our guest during their stays in our new spacious and anti-climb park runs.

*Dogs that are overly aggressive, difficult families for separating to feed or guest that require extra work due to aggression/nervousness/misbehavior will incur a TLC ($10) charge per day due to the extra care required of our staff 

  

 

Sometimes it is hard to understand why our policy has a 2 day minimum and Sunday is always a full charge day. We DO NOT increase rates for our holiday and peak times but understand that Friday through Sunday are high demand stays. A short check in of Sat and pick up on Sunday night essentially blocks the next week from occupancy due to the fact that a guest wanting to stay for example Sat thru Sat cannot drop off. 

You may Check-In any time during normal Business Hours that you scheduled in your reservation request. Charges at our normal rate begins on the day of your arrival at whatever time you scheduled to drop your pet(s) off. If you pick up your pet before 12:00 p.m. on your departure day, you will not be charged for that day (unless you booked longer and are picking up early. You are responsible for the reservation that was originally booked.). Sundays are excluded, and min day stay met.  If you schedule to pick up in the afternoon or Sunday evening, and do not pick up till the next morning, there may be a half day charge added $15 and a fee of up to $100 to stay beyond the time booked. This is due to staffing requirements and accommodation availability.

 

We ask that all pet parents make sure they arrive at least 15 mins prior to our closing time for drop off and pick up. This will allow us time to get your fur baby checked in and settled prior to closing. Any drop offs later than the 15 min window could incur a $15 charge  because the last minute drop offs cause our dedicated staff to have to set your baby up after closing. Any drop offs or pick ups that occur after closing will incur a $5 per min charge. 

 

Accommodation assignment is left the the discretion of our highly qualified and experienced staff.  We can not guarantee a specific run for your pet, especially during high volume times.  All puppers will have a size appropriate indoor/outdoor accommodation.

We understand circumstances can come up.  But, we can only guarantee what you book. If an emergency occurs when we are fully booked. We will make arrangements for your pet to stay, but there will be a surcharge of $100 per pet per day to accommodate an unscheduled stay during high volume boarding.

We are closed to the public on Tuesdays. 

 

ALL DEPOSITS are Non-refundable once a reservation is made. If you decide to cancel 2 weeks prior to arrival, we can put the deposit on your account for future use. If a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of your arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

 WE REQUIRE VACCINATION RECORDS WITH DUE DATES BE SENT TO OUR OFFICE VIA EMAIL OR TEXT 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR PET'S ARRIVAL. OTHERWISE, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR RESERVATION AND FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
