Food:
We always recommend bring food from home for you pet. They will be more comfortable with as much "normalcy" as possible. A stark diet change can also cause an upset tummy and diarrhea. It is also appreciated if each meal can be pre-bagged in a ziplock or baggie. This helps cut down on any feeding confusion. We measure using a measuring cup, not a solo cup, food bowl, scoop, etc. If your pet's meals are pre-bagged, we can ensure we are giving the exact same amount of food as you do at home. If your pet has special dietary needs such as raw diet or canned food, we are happy to accommodate those needs. We do have a pet kitchen and can make meals just as you do at home. Below is each pet's allotted food bin: When we are busy and full, we have to make sure each fur kid has their own feeding bin and keep all food off the floor and organized. That can be a tremendous job at high traffic times and holidays. We are unable to accommodate large food bins or 50 pound bags of food. Please provide enough food for your pet's stay and maybe a day or 2 extra, just in case. *For pet's that will be staying with us for an extend time, we can make arrangements for their food. This will be discussed when you make the reservation. | Medications:
Please bring medications in the original prescription bottles. If you are giving it differently than the prescription says, we will make a note in our computer system and give as you the owner instruct. We are happy to give medications in pill pockets. However, we ask you do not pre-fill the pill pockets as the moisture can disintegrate the pill or capsule and cause the medication to not work as intended. We do not typically charge to administer medications. The only time an addition charge may be applied is if your animal is fractious and requires multiple employees to administer the medication. |
Business Hours: |
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:45pm
(Closed weekday Noon - 2pm & All Tuesdays)
Saturday 9am - 3:45pm

We ask that all pet parents make sure they arrive at least 15 mins prior to our closing time for drop off and pick up.
This will allow us time to get your fur baby checked in and settled prior to closing.
Any drop offs later than the 15 min window could incur a $15 charge because the last minute drop offs cause our dedicated staff to have to set your baby up after closing.
Any drop offs or pick ups that occur after closing will incur a $5 per min charge.
