This problem-solving game features sliding pieces and nooks where we can hide small treats or kibble, providing an interactive puzzle for your pup to solve, keeping them engaged and amused.  


Customer Portal:

Make sure to log in to our new customer portal!  This allows you to access your pet's profile, upload photos and vaccine records, make boarding reservations and spa appointments, and so much more!

If you have booked with us before, you already have an account in the new system.
You'll just need to reset your password.

New resort projects:

We are beginning construction on additional park runs for the resort.  More fun and games for our guest during their stays in our new spacious and anti-climb park runs.

We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log-in and request bookings, manage your account, upload pictures of your baby and so much more!

Having trouble?  Step - by - step instructions on RESETING YOUR PASSWORD for established Resort clients:



​If we have already set
you up in the portal, but
you're logging in for the
first time, select
Reset Password.


​You will then be prompted
to input your email or
phone number attached
to your account. When you
select Send Reset Link 
you will receive an email or
​text with the password reset link.


​Once you receive the
text or email you can
select the Set Password


​After selecting the link,
you will be navigated
to the Password Reset
page where you can
create your password.



​After creating your
password you will
automatically be
logged into the
Customer Portal!
