Make sure to log in to our new customer portal!  This allows you to access your pet's profile, upload photos and vaccine records, make boarding reservations and spa appointments, and so much more!

New resort projects:
We are beginning construction on additional park runs for the resort.  More fun and games for our guest during their stays in our new spacious and anti-climb park runs.

All of our grooms drop off between
9am - 930am.  We will call or text you as soon as they are ready for pick up.  We usually start calling for pick up between 430 -5pm on weekdays and 330pm on Saturdays.

Our Owners and Staff work diligently and wholeheartedly to provide our guests and their parents with the best possible love and care for their fur kids.  We understand getting on the road for vacation or an unexpected trip can be stressful,  but please know that we will always do our best for you and your  fur baby.  Please show kindness and respect to our loving and attentive staff.  Rudeness, foul language, or abuse will not be tolerated.  This is a relationship we build with you and your pet.  We ask that  the relationship be mutual and respectful.

We will call or text  you as soon as your fur kid is ready for pick up. Our groomer usually starts calling around 430 -5pm on weekdays and 330pm on Saturdays, but we can not guarantee this. Weekdays we close at 6pm, Saturdays we close at 4pm.

Please refrain from calling to ask if your pet is ready.  This only slows down our grooming and may add additional charges to your grooming bill as our groomer has to stop grooming to tell you she will call as soon as your baby is ready.

 

All Veterinary records must show DUE DATES for required vaccinations, and be sent 24 - 48 hours PRIOR to your pet's arrival. Those can be emailed to staff@indianshoalspetresort.com or a full page picture texted to our main number, 770.995.9123.  We will let you know as soon as we receive those records and can then prepare for your baby's arrival.   

We do not accept faxes or shot records that do not have a clearly printed due date for your pet's next vaccine.  Please be mindful of this when choosing your pet's Veterinary care.

Dogs - DHLPP(with Lepto), Rabies, & Bordetella

Cats- FVRCP and Rabies (No Leukemia required for grooming only)

Those can be emailed to staff@indianshoalspetresort.com or a full page picture texted to our main number, 770.995.9123.  We will let you know as soon as we receive those records and can then prepare for your baby's arrival.    Without these records received, you may lose your reservation and forfeit your deposit.

We ask that all pet parents make sure they drop off  in our grooming arrival window and arrive at least 15 mins prior to our closing time for  pick up. 

Any drop offs later than 930am could incur a $15 charge  or the grooming appointment to be canceled. 

Any drop offs or pick ups that occur after closing will incur a $5 per minute charge.

Grooming day:

Our groom clients will enjoy a full day of pampering, cuddles, and looking amazing.  We have all of our sweet groom babies drop off between 9am -930am. 
We do this so our groomer, Christi, will have ample time to not only give your pet an amazing new do or freshen up, but also to work at your fur kid's pace.  Some babies require breaks during grooming.  By giving your pet a whole day to relax at our spa, they will be able to enjoy their spa day just as you would. We will give you call later in the afternoon, once your baby is looking and smelling amazing!

Please note the following:

*We promise we will call as soon as your sweet pumpkin is ready to go.  Calling and asking if they are ready yet will only cause our groomer to have to stop grooming to answer your call.  Most grooms do not get completed till around 4pm - 430pm.
*if you can not arrive by 930am there may be a late charge applied to your grooming services.
*We understand things can come up unexpectedly. But, we usually have a full day of grooming scheduled weeks in advance. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can allow another fur kid to fill your spot. A no call no show will result in a $50 - $100 groom charge (missed fee is based on scheduled grooming services) and/or prepayment for grooming services as we will have a vacancy that could have been filled with notice.

We ask that all pet parents make sure they arrive at least 15 mins prior to our closing time for drop off and pick up. 

This will allow us time to get your fur baby checked in and settled prior to closing.

Any drop offs later than the 15 min window could incur a $15 charge  because the last minute drop offs cause our dedicated staff to have to set your baby up after closing. 

Any drop offs or pick ups that occur after closing will incur a $5 per min charge.
